Ronni & Dave {Engagement} Grounds for Sculpture, Hamilton NJ

Ronni thought the perfect place for her and Dave’s engagement session would be at Grounds for Sculpture up in Hamilton NJ, and I think she was right! Dave and Ronni were really fun and willing to try just about anything. I love it when couples are “up for anything!” It just makes the time we spend together that more enjoyable. Hence the jumping We even saw a sneak preview of some of their dance moves they have planned for the wedding day! We are really excited about their upcoming wedding and looking forward to doing a mini-session with them on their wedding day at the Smoothie King in Middletown, New Jersey. Dave thinks the colors there are really bright and it would make for some very interesting, colorful photos. We’ll be able get as creative as we like since Dave and Ronni own the place!

Amy & Kevin {Wedding}

Amy & Kevin were married at Sayen Gardens in Hamilton, NJ in a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The weather could not have been more perfect after Friday’s torrential downpours! For once, everything went as planned with the girls getting ready! With a few extra minutes before leaving for the ceremony there was an anxious calm. Amy, the bridal party and her parents decided to play a wedding day version of the alphabet game. After all of the obligatory flowers were covered, there were many ingenious answers, maybe one or two off color (ok, those were mine)…. very special time and I was glad to be included. At the Hilton Garden Inn, the party was in full swing & guests were being entertained by the Platinum Band, one of the largest and most polished-sounding bands I have ever heard at a wedding. The perfect touch for a wonderful day! Special thanks to Sue Burrough of Sue B Photography for changing flight arrangements so she could help cover this event with me. Thanks Sue!

Diana & Michael {Wedding}

What a whirlwind day! A great couple, some old friends and a beautiful venue make for really special wedding day! This past weekend Diana & Mike were married in Yardville, NJ then hopped across the river to party in New Hope, PA. Diana’s parents made me feel right at home as the girls were getting ready. It’s always nice to see previous clients! Pauline (our little surfer girl from last years beach shoot) is a dear friend of Diana’s and was part of the wedding party. I can’t believe it has been almost a year for her and Kenny. Diana’s flowers created by Twisted Willow Flowers in Columbus, NJ were some of the nicest I have seen in a long time!

The highlight of any wedding ceremony is of course the KISS….. but Diana had one of the most energetic, joyful post kiss reactions I have seen in a while! After being threatened with a crutch by Michael’s grandmother for taking her picture, we moved on to the reception… of course I had to sneak several more pictures every chance I got!

With the incredible backdrop of Jericho National Golf Course we were able to capture some great images of Diana & Micheal spending some time alone before heading into the reception to start the night’s celebration.

Hope you enjoy your honeymoon in Swine Free Key West…well I hope it is
